Symbols of the Russian Kremlin appeared in the yard of a block of flats in Minsk's Independence Avenue.
Three Kremlin towers were installed at a children's playground, Radio Svaboda reports.
Engineering facilities were painted in Khokhloma style, a Russian wood painting handicraft style and national ornament.
