Belarusians seeking loopholes in a slavish Decree

After the adoption of the "anti-sponger Decree" the number of craftsmen in Belarus increased by almost 50%. In January-March 2015 there were registered 4070.

new craftsmen. This is 46% more than against the same period in 2014, BelTA writes.

On January 1, 2015 there were 8 776 craftsmen in Belarus.

It should be reminded that on April 2 Lukashenka signed Decree No. 3. It states that all craftsmen who pay a fee (a basic unit per year) are not considered spongers.

However, it must be paid for a year and no later than the 28th day of the last month of the calendar year. That is, if you want to declare the craft activities in 2015, you should have paid Br180 thousand to the budget before December 28, 2014.

If a craftsman sells his goods, the annual income must be at least 20 basic units, or he is subject to pay tax on spongers.
