Dzmitry Dziakau, activist of the Organizing Committee on creation of the Belarusian Christian Democracy party fined 20 basic units (Br3.6 million).

About 3.30 pm, May 19, he hung out a white-red-white flag at Maladzezhnaya Str. The press-service of the Organizing Committee informed charter97.org.

Dzmitry Dziakau was arrested. He is fined under Article 21.14 AC (violation of public services and amenities rules).
