“Kozhevnik” from Mahilyou is to return government aid to state budget

OAO Kozhevnik is to return to the state budget the government aid equal to Br146.9 mln.

It is stated in the ruling of the Council of Ministers №409 issued on May 14 and published by the National Legal Internet portal.

The government decided to “withdraw the state support given to Kozhevnik joint-stock company. Bellegprom concern is ordered to control implementation of this decision.

We remind that in April the Economic Court of Mahilyou region recognized the OAO "Kozhevnik" a bankrupt and opened liquidation proceedings. The loan payable is about Br30 billion.
