Activist of European Belarus fined for Night Wolves

For a picket next to the Mound of Glory Leanid Kulakou was subject not only to 7-day arrest, but fine.

Civil rights activists informed charter97.org.

Judge A. Kazlouski decided upon fine. He believes Leanid Kulakou violated Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code.

On May 15 the activist was fined 30 basic units (Br5.4 million)

It should be reminded that Leanid Kulakow was arrested on May 8. On Monday he got a 7-day arrest on a fabricated protocol. He served his punishment in Smaliavichy. On May 15 Leanid Kulakou was taken to the station and left for Minsk.
