Dollar and euro spike at trading in Minsk

The dollar rose 290 rubles and the euro rose 250 rubles against the Belarusian ruble.
The dollar exchange rate grew Br290 to Br14,580 on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange on April 22.
The Russian ruble fell Br11, or 3.9%, to Br272.
The euro increased Br250, or 1.6%, to Br15,680.
