Agricultural companies and dairies in the Kirov Oblast have serious problems due to deliveries of Belarusian goods to the region.

It was said by the regional department of Fair Russia party, Regnum writes.

Directors of Kirov milk processing plants write in a letter to Sergey Doronin, the deputy head of the State Duma committee on agriculture, that dumped deliveries of dairy products from Belarus led to a decline in demand for local dairy products. They also claim that Belarusian products are smuggled to Russia.

As a result, Kirov companies have 863 tonnes of butter in stock, as well as 172 tonnes of cheese, 100 tonnes of powdered milk and 70 tonnes of quark.

Problems with sales affect the financial state of companies and put the sowing campaign under threat.
