Vincuk Viačorka: 50% of secondary school and college students want to leave Belarus

Authorities make the most competitive people leave the country by "creating the atmosphere of lowlife".

The politician Vincuk Viačorka stated that in his interview to Belsat TV channel.

"Statistics says that about 40-50 per cent (or even more) high school and college students want to leave Belarus. It is really awful. So what were the reasons why my generation was fighting for the freedom of the country and dreaming about to see Belarus as an independent, free European state? Just to make those of 17-18 years old dream about to leave the country? Who will stay here? The first current official?" he asks.

According to the politician, the authorities did not create normal conditions for self-realization of new generation of Belarusians.
