Lukashenka: We to give guarantees that Ukrainian soldiers never fight again

Belarusian dictator stated that can "resolve the conflict in Debalcevo within 24 hours".

"We are ready to be not only a mediator, but to end the conflict in the Debalcevo area and withdraw of all Ukrainian troops, as well as to guarantee they will never fight again", Lukashenka said in Minsk on Wednesday during his meeting with the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Interfax reports.

Lukashenko also stated that Belarus was ready to take arms of the Ukrainian army in the Debaltsevo area.

"If someone is nervous about weapons of Ukrainian soldiers, besieged in Debaltsevo, then we are ready to take the arms on the territory of Belarus", he said.

"If the parties involved in the conflict wished it, we could offer both to the Ukrainian and other party of the conflict to resolve a problem in Debaltsevo within a day. And we can do it if Ukraine, Russia, Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics want it," Lukashenka said.
