Lukashenka: Need to understand - Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky did all from their hearts

The Russian НТВ had an interview with Lukashenka.

In "Tsentralnoe Televidenie" (Central Television) TV programme its linkman Vadim Takmenev tells about the "Normandy Four's" talks in Minsk, about organization moments, and finds out what the leaders of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine ate and drank.

Dictator Lukashenka personally answers several questions.

"We have agreed with Putin in Sochi. He said: "Will you manage to organize from a security point this complex matter?". I say: "Oh, take it easy. You know, Belarus can perform everything at the highest level... Even holes in asphalt have been patched".

"I have been in touch with Poroshenko. It was also my job. To put him in the picture, say something. But Putin sent him a very good and strong message about the military unit of the territories, and I shared my opinion".

"I would like to say - guys, come on, let's only three of us without any intermediaries agree on how to end this war. How to understand and protect these people, ideologically fought for their land, how to negotiate with them. You know that Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky, it doesn't matter how they are treated, all of a sudden did it all from their hearts".
