Shop in Zhlobin sells products at black door?

A shop assistant offered customers to come to the black door and buy mandarins cheaper.

Charter97.org learnt it from Ruslan Ptsichkin from the town of Zhlobin.

“The shop of confiscated goods 'Vash Vybor' sold items under the counter on February 10. I didn't take a photo. What could pensioners around me think? I was standing in a queue inside the shop and a shop assistant advised me to come to the black door because mandarins, oranges and other fruits were sold cheaper there. It's wonderful! It illustrates how employees of state-owned shops violate laws,” he wrote.
