The leader of the DPR demands for Ukraine non-aligned status

One of the leaders of militants Denis Pushilin voiced his demands on the settlement of a conflict in the Donbass.
Kommersant reports from Minsk where the talks of Ukraine, France, Germany and Russia are being held.
"A political settlement of the conflict between the DPR and Ukraine is possible only in the case of non-aligned status of Kiev", he said.
Earlier it was reported that the militant leaders Alexander Zaharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky also arrived in Minsk.
