Chief of Kalinkavichy police department dismissed?

Police chief Anatoli Khmialionak was dismissed from office yesterday. Charter97.org received this information from a reader.

A charter97.org journalist tried to find the reasons for the dismissal. Aliaksandr Sivak, the first deputy head of the police department in Kalinkavichy, said his chief still worked and refused to talk about it.

“There's no sense in talking until we have an order. He is out of office now, but he continues to fulfil his duties. He is going on holiday soon,” he said.
