Fourth wave of military draft to be started in Ukraine today

The presidential decree on partial mobilization comes into force in Ukraine on Tuesday, Jan. 20.

The corresponding law No. 113-VIII was published in Holos Ukrainy parliamentary outlet, Censor.NET reports.

"This Law shall enter into force on the day of its publication," the document reads.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Poroshenko signed a law "On approval of the Presidential Decree "on the partial mobilization" yesterday.

The Verkhovna Rada approved the decree on partial mobilization July 22, submitted earlier by the president. The military draft shall be held during 45 days from the date of the document's entry into force in all regions of Ukraine except annexed Crimea. The exact number of recruits who are planned to be called up for military service is unknown.
