Terrorists of Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics leave for Minsk

Kiev believes that the meeting could be held in a video format.

Regular talks in Minsk between militants, Kiev and the OSCE will be held tomorrow. The representative of the self-appointed Donetsk People's Republic Denis Pushilin has already left for Minsk, Russian media say. It is also reported that representatives of the Luhansk People's Republic have already left for Minsk, "Komsomolskaya Pravda in Belarus" writes.

Meanwhile, the Russian side has not yet confirmed that the talks will be held in Minsk on January 16. But Kiev believes that the meeting could be held in video format. However, the OSCE sent invitations to the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics to the meeting of the contact group on January 16.
