Access to Charter'97 website from Belarus

Have you ever been unable to open our website?

Belarusian authorities have been blocking our website in state-owned organisations, educational and cultural institutions since 2011. We face attempts from time to time to attack or hack charter97.org. The site was blocked by Beltelecom for no reasons a month ago.

We call on our readers to report all problems with accessing the website of Charter'97 from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries.

Tell us if the site was blocked, partially or fully, in the last two weeks, how quick it opens or other unusual things you met when trying to visit our site.

Ask you relatives and friends if they had such problems.
