Lukashenka makes personnel changes in Security Council

The dictator has made personnel reshuffle in the Security Council and his own Security Service.

For what they told charter97.org at his press-office, according to the decree, the major general of police Aliaksandr Kanavalau will be freed from the position of the deputy State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus.

Colonel Andrej Uciuryn has been appointed to this position, whom Lukashenka freed from the position of the head of his Security Service.
