A Belarusian tourist noticed graffiti about the Russian president in Budva.
A reader of charter97.org sent a photo of the graffiti “Putin h**lo” (Putin is a d***head”) in the town of Budva, Montenegro.
“A tour guide said the authorities usually keep everything clean, but it seems they don't care about this inscription,” he writes.
