Maksim Viniarski received a summons from the Frunzenski district police department.

Charter97.org has learnt it from the coordinator of the civil campaign European Belarus.

The summons reads that Maksim Viniarski must visit the Frunzenski district police department tomorrow, August 7, “as a person subject to an official warning”. The document was signed by chief inspector Uladzimir Chaikouski.

The activist says he doesn't know why a warning can be issued.

Maksim Viniarksi was taken into custody and went on dry hunger strike in jail ahead of the Ice Hockey World Championship.
