Solidarity Day in Minsk. New photographs

Events took place in the Belarusian capital on the occasion of the Solidarity Day.

In a number of city’s districts leaflets were stuck around yesterday with information about the abducted opponents of the regime.

On 16 August other events took place on the occasion of the Solidarity Day. The activists of the ‘Action 16’ initiative hanged out hung out a banner on the bridge over Railways street, as well as disseminated information materials.

We would remind that the 16th day of every month is a Day of Solidarity with Belarusian political prisoners, as well as the abducted politicians and civic activists. Events are traditionally held on this day in Belarus and many other countries around the world.
