Internet services in Belarus to go up

  • 15.08.2014, 14:55

Belarusian Internet service providers can increase prices for Internet in September as tariffs for peering services are getting more expensive.

Since September 15 tariffs for access to the point of exchanging national traffic (peering) are to go up by 30-40%, the address of the National Centre of Exchange of Traffic (NCET) informs.

The increase of tariffs has been explained by the NCET by a necessity to modernize equipment and increase tariffs of the Beltelecom for their channels to the peering exchange point, AFN writes.
