Public transport fares to rise to Br4,000 in Minsk

Pubic transport fares in Minsk will be increased by 300 rubles in August.

BelTA news agency has learnt it from Iryna Yakubouskaya, Minsktrans's deputy general director of for economy.

Fares will rise by 300 rubles to 4,000 rubles. Drivers will sell tickets for 4,500 rubles.

Minsktrans's press service told charter97.org that the exact date of fare increase was not known.

The previous increase was on April 1, 2014. The public transport fares were raised from 3,000 to 3,700 rubles.
