As much as $100,000 will be spent on CCTV cameras for the Palace of Independence.

As charter97.org has learnt, the Minsk city executive committee is looking for a supplier of surveillance equipment for the dictator's new residence, which is called in the documents as an “administrative building within Arlouskaya Street – Winners Avenue – the Svislach River”. The order costs 1 billion rubles, which is almost 100,000 dollars. The purchase will be funded from the local budget.
