Hrodna policemen get arrested for torturing the detained?

Two officers of the Hrodna region criminal police have been arrested for torturing the detained.

This comes from the courses of the Belarusian Partisan web-site.

“The head of the department for investigating property crimes lieutenant colonel Ivanou S. and his subordinate mayor Zavadski A., acting on the oral instruction by the head of the criminal investigations department colonel Mikalaj Kavaleuski on a work trip beat up testimonies out of a detained person. Gas masks were used and sticks that were put into the anal of the detained, etc.”, - the statement says.

No official confirmation to that information has come out yet.
