Govortsova loses Wimbledon opener

World No.110 Olga Govortsova of Belarus fell 2-6, 3-6 to Spanish Silvia Soler-Espinosa (74) in the Wimbledon round one.

Belarus' number one Victoria Azarenka (8) will hold her second match on the Wimbledon grass courts on 25 June. The Belarusian will face World No.45 Bojana Jovanovski of Serbia. In the opener Victoria Azarenka beat Mirjana Lucic-Baroni (108) 6-3, 7-5.
