Banner “Death to dictator” on road outside Minsk

A banner appeared on a bridge over the Brest—Minsk road.
A dummy, which symbolises the tyrant, was hanged near the banner with the text “Death to dictator” and a portrait of Lukashenka, revbel.by writes.
The action was organised by anarchists near the Belarusian capital.
