The statement was made by Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

Ukrainian PM Arseniy Yatsenyuk says Ukraine will implement the Geneva accords of April 17, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

“The government of Ukraine will continue to comply with the Geneva accords. We will hold a constitutional reform. We call on Russia to implement what it promised to do, but hasn't made a single step to fulfil,” he said opening a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday.

Yatsenyuk stressed Russia's plan on military and political seizure of Ukraine would fail.

“The attempts of the Russian military aggression in the territory of Ukraine will lead to a military conflict in Europe. The world has not forgotten World War II yet, but Russia wants to start World War III. The responsibility for the aggression against Ukraine and the undermining of the international security and stability lies on the leadership of the Russian Federation,” he said.

“The fact that Russia supports terrorists in Ukraine […] is an international crime. We call on the international community to unite against Russia's aggression,” the PM added.
