Oppositionists in Viciebsk go on secret trials

Prior to the Freedom Day Barys Khamaida and Jan Salaujan got arrested for short-terms.

The court of Viciebsk Railway district sentenced the activists to three days in prison. However the reasons for their detentions and the article, under which they got sentenced, are unknown, Free Region web-site reports.

The on-duty officer at Viciebsk isolation center explained that Khamaida and Salaujan were arrested for a violation, but did not specify what violation exactly. The time of their arrest expires today at 20:00, after which the case’s details will have come out.
