Maslenitsa fairs in Minsk on 1-2 March

Maslenitsa (Pancake Week) fairs will be held in Minsk on 1-2 March.

The biggest fair will be held near the Sports Palace Center in Pobeditelei Avenue on 1 March. The trading show will feature products of a number of companies: Belryba, Minsk Bakery, Kommunarka, Minsk Meat Packing Plant, Minskkhlebprom and others.

Winter farewell celebrations are an opportunity to have a good rest, spend time with your loved ones and friends and enjoy the Belarusian cuisine. Cookery specialists will treat the visitors to a wide variety of pancakes, topped with butter and sour cream, bacon and sausage, caviar and jam.

By tradition fairs will be held in every district of the capital.
