Bus runs cancelled from Minsk to Chernihiv

State enterprise Minsktrans stopped bus runs from Minsk to Chernihiv.

Earlier the runs to Kyiv had been stopped.

Radio Svaboda reports that in Belarus they still sell tickets to Ukraine.

“Runs to Kyiv have actually been cancelled. There is only one run Minsk – Mykolaiv, which passes through Kyiv. This runs is not daily. The nearest run is on 1 March, there are still tickets. Buses that went to Kyiv, but starting from 19 February only reached Chernihiv, have also been cancelled. But it is still possible to reach Chernihiv from Homiel. There is a bus several times a day. Tickets are also on sale”, - they said at the information service 114.

At the same time at the information service they noted that due to the situation in Ukraine buses may be cancelled right before departure.

“The situation is possible that people would buy tickets, but the bus would be cancelled and it would not come. Then money will simply be given back. The reason is the situation in Ukraine”, - they said at the information service.

At the same time trains go on regular schedule in the direction of Ukraine.
