Charter’97 web-site runs erratically

Dear audience, due to the events in Ukraine the web-site’s attendance has increased multiply.

Our technical capacities are limited and the web-site’s server do not always managed such a workload, the web-site may be unavailable at times.

We had over 340 thousand unique users yesterday, which is the all-time record for the whole time of our project’s existence.
