Beltelecom blocks Charter for second day

The Belarusian authorities have imposed a full-scale censorship on the Belarusian part of the Internet.

Access to our website remains blocked for users from Belarus for the second day. Filters work on the gateway of Belpak network, through which most Belarusians and many secondary ISPs get access to the Internet.

A check of the route used to transfer data to users shows that the filter is installed on isp.belpak.by:

Blocking the website for all users violates even the laws adopted by the Belarusian authorities. Repressive amendments to the law on the mass media are expected to take force only on January 1. So, Beltelecom violates the Constitution and the current legislation.
