Lukashenka steals money from people

The National Bank of the Republic of Belarus ruled that the Belarusians might sell the currency only at the official rates.

On 19 December the course is fixed at 10890 rubles.

Thus, the 30 per cent tax, introduced today, applies only those wanting to buy currency.

This will spur the black market. Speculators in foreign currency will reappear in Belarus and the citizens, who want to get a fair price for dollar, will turn into law abusers.

Just yesterday, Aliaksandr Lukashenka, and today the Deputy Prime Minister Petr Prakapovich persuaded people of no devaluation in Belarus. As in 2011, the people in power throw dust in citizens' eyes and make money on the difference in courses as they have a unique opportunity to speculate on this difference, selling currency at price 30 per cent higher. And these operations may be exercised repeatedly.
