Russia and pro-Russian separatists do not meet the signed agreements.

Markian Lubkivski, Adviser to Chairperson of the Security Council of Ukraine, commented on it. He eliminates the possibility of re-meeting of the Tripartite Contact Group in Minsk until the implementation of previous agreements. The official said the TV channel “1+1”.

“There won’t be a new iteration of the Minsk agreement. First of all, they should abide the previous ones”, he added.

According to Dmitry Kuleba, roving Ambassador of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the separatists should resume the exchange of captives, follow the ceasefire regime, and turn over control of the border to antiterrorist operation forces.

It should be reminded that the “Donetsk People’s Republic” separatists demanded to hold another meeting in Minsk.

Ukraine called Russia to meet the signed agreements and proposed to hold talks in format of Geneva. Yuriy Sergeyev, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the United Nations, claimed it at Wednesday Session of the UN Security Council in New York.
