Lukashenka to pay official visit to Kazakhstan

Alexander Lukashenka will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan.

BelTA learned it from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.

According to the official website of the Kazakhstan President, the two heads of state will hold talks on 3-4 October. The presidents will discuss the enhancement of bilateral cooperation in trade, economy, industry, innovations and agribusiness.

The sides will also discuss integration processes in the post-Soviet space, first of all, in the Customs Union and the Single Economic Space. Apart from that, presidents of Belarus and Kazakhstan will sign a joint statement and a number of bilateral documents.

“The oncoming visit of the Belarusian President is set to foster ties and give a new impetus to cooperation between the two countries on the bilateral and multilateral agenda. It will also help harmonize views on topical international issues,” the press service told BelTA.
