Russia's Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said he would discuss the situation of Uralkali among other issues with Mikhail Miasnikovich.

“We'll discuss everything, of course,” Dmitry Medvedev said to a question if he planned to talk about Uralkali to Mikhail Miasnikovich, Interfax reports.

Medvedev and Miasnikovich took part on Wednesday in the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council at the level of heads of government in Astana.

On August 26, Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner was detained in Belarus and charged with abuse of power. He may face up to 10 years in prison.

Baumgertner arrived in Belarus on a written invitation of the country's prime minister Mikhail Miasnikovich.

The same invitations were sent to chairman of the board of directors of Uralkali Alexander Voloshin and company's shareholder Suleiman Kerimov.
