Moral degenerates from law-enforcement bodies

Charter97.org has a list of people involved in an attack on former presidential candidate Uladzimir Niakliaeu on December 19, 2010.

We disclosed the names of those people two years ago. Taking into account that prosecution agencies “cannot” find participants of the attack, we publish their names again.

According to the information obtained by charter97.org, the column of presidential candidate Uladzimir Niakliaeu was attacked 30 minutes before the voting end by a joint squad of “reliable” officers of Almaz special task group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and riot police.

According to preliminary information, the core of the group included Almaz officers N. Karpiankou, O. Barazinets (a professional kickboxer), I. Bialiasnikau, A. Dziadkou (a professional sambo and hand-to-hand combat fighter), I. Safin (a professional hand-to-hand combat fighter), A. Buhaenka (a professional hand-to-hand combat fighter), K. Tsiusheuski, V. Sarokin, P. Latko, A. Shynkarenka and others.

Officers of the police special task regiment of Minsk's main internal affairs department: A. Shynkaryk, A. Sharapenka, V. Yelak, A. Tsitou, V. Chukhlib, S. Kisel, R, Kulyashou and others.

The Tsentralny district court of Minsk refused to launch a criminal probe over the attack on Uladzimir Niakliaeu, a former presidential candidate and leader of Tell the Truth campaign, that happened on December 19, 2010.
