Grandiose Belarusian-Lithuanian forum in Klaipeda

Belarusian Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich is expected to take part in the event.

A source of charter97.org in the Lithuanian government shared the programme of the forum.

Lithuania hosts the 9th International Belarusian-Lithuanian Economic Forum on April 17-19.

The event will be opened with a “car run” from Minsk's Kastrychnitskaya Square to Klaipeda via Vilnius. The delegates will have lunch at the Royal Old Kybyn Inn and check in Amberton Klaipeda hotel.

The forum will take place in Klaipėda Concert Hall. The president of the Confederation of Industrialists of Lithuania and Klaipeda mayor will welcome the participants.

Lithuanian PM Algirdas Butkevičius will present a report on the theme “The Republic of Belarus is Lithuania's important economic partner”.

Belarusian PM Mikhail Myasnikovich will read the report “Belarus – Lithuania. Prospects for economic integration”.

Panel discussions on boosting trade between Belarus and Lithuania are planned at the forum.
