Portraits of political prisoners in Minsk's central streets

Leaflets calling to release Belarusian political prisoners appeared in Minsk.

Activists of European Belarus civil campaign spread them at bus stops in the city centre. Leaflets contained portraits of jailed opposition leaders and activists and information about them.

There are 13 political prisoners in Belarus. Human rights groups and the international community demand to immediately release and rehabilitate them.
