The level of office rent in downtown Minsk is one of the world's 30 highest, according to the Tvaya Stalitsa (Your Capital) real estate agency.

Office space in some areas in central Minsk is more expensive than in similar areas in Madrid, Vancouver, Kyiv, Seoul, Vienna and Vilnius.

Office rent rates in downtown Minsk are twice as high as the city's average level.

According to Tvaya Stalitsa, the rates may go down after the construction of large office buildings in other parts of the city.
