Belarusian dictator congratulates Thein Sein with national holiday of Myanmar.

On behalf of the Belarusian people and personally, Aliaksandar Lukashenka congratulated president of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Thein Sein and the people of Myanmar on the national holiday – Independence Day.

Also Aliaksandar Lukashenka has congratulated First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov on his birthday.
