Banner “Freedom to people” in centre of Vitebsk

Activists of Belarusian Christian Democracy hung out a banner over Herzen Street in Vitebsk.
It happened on the evening of January 11, the BCD website reports.
The banner “Freedom to people” was fixed to a railway bridge.
