Vigilance of police and intelligence agencies in the surveillance of participants of the electoral process sometimes can take anecdotal form.

Candidate of the campaign "Tell the Truth" of the Grodno-Zanemanski district № 49 Dmitry Bandarchuk recently has ordered spare parts in the capital for his private car. He made an order via phone says "Narodnaya Wolia".

When the parts were brought in Grodno, Bandarchuk was detained by police, which began looking leaflets.

It soon became clear that the package contained only car parts, after that Bandarchuk was released.
