Yauhen Hutsalau disseminated leaflets in the framework of the campaign "Ignore-2012".

According to the information provided by Radio Liberty, the Young Front activist is in the police administration of the Kastrychnitski district in Vitsebsk. Hutsalau has informed about his detention by phone, at present moment he is unavailable.
