Somewhere in Minsk the cars are literally drowned in streams of water.

19 streets in Minsk were flooded due to heavy shower that occurred on the evening of July 19, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations told. Rain stopped more than 90 public transport routes.

34 mm of rain (with monthly norm of rainfall of 90 mm) fell on Belarusian capital within less than 3 hours. The rain caused the stop of 50 bus, 40 trolleybus and 3 tram routes. The maximum delay in public transport work reached 55 minutes.

However, no one suffered from the flood, the MES informed.
