Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev shared a photo “Belarusian circus” after his visit to Minsk.

Medvedev took a photo of the Minsk circus and posted it on Instagram. Many users comment that Russian PM hinted at the “circus” in the Belarusian government.
