Henadz Fyadynich detained in Salihorsk

The head of the Trade Union of Radioelectronic Industry and one of the organizers of the People’s Assembly was detained in a police department when he came to take the leaflets earlier seized from him.

Henadz Fyadynich was detained in Salihorsk some days ago. Leaflets with information about the People’s Assmebly he had on him were confiscated. The politician came to the police department today to figure out the situation with the printed materials.

As charter97.org learnt, the trade union leader was detained and taken to court. The oppositionist was fined 20 base units. It is unknown what he was accused of. The court also took a decision to seize the leaflets.
