Participants of silent protest actions in Vaulkavysk summoned to KGB

Nine students of the Vaukavysk Pedagogical College, who were among 13 detained participants of silent protests “Revolution through social networks”, were summoned to the KGB.

Oral “invitations” were passed through the college administration, Viasna Human Rights Centre reports.

KGB officers visited the college and seized personal files of the protesters. According to students, the college staff does not tell them anything, but rumours about expulsion appeared.

13 participants of a silent rally were detained in Vaukavysk on June 15. They gave explanations in a police department and were released a hour and 30 minutes later. No reports were drawn up.
