Andrei Kabanou has been “invited” to Partyzanski district police department of Minsk.

Andrei Kabanou posted a scandalous video of an informal conversation with Belarusian deputy minister of economy Andrei Tur, “Nasha Niva” reminds.

At a party at the Swedish Embassy, the businessman put a question to the official. The answer soon became a catchphrase: “My friend, you are living beyond your means”.
