  • 20.04.2011, 13:26

Presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov will be tried on April 27.

Charter97.org has learned this from the mother of the politician, Alla.

We remind that so called criminal case against presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov was sent to the court of the Partyzanski district of Minsk.

The Belarusian dictatorship accuses Andrei Sannikov of organizing “mass riot”. He may face up to 15 years in prison. Under “mass riot” puppet investigators mean a peaceful protest demonstration of several thousand people against fraudulent presidential elections of December 19, 2011. Presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov was arrested on that day. He is still in the KGB jail. Sannikov says the charges were an “absurd essay on a given theme”.
